Originally inspired by Ben Does Life, living in Rugby England, this is my blog about how I got into shape before reaching 30, and what I've been doing since! I completed my first marathon in May this 2012, have gained a little weight back since and am now getting myself back to goal.

I tend to follow only fitness related original content, but if thats you and I'm not following you shout at me in my ask!
